My story

Glutes & Cellulite
I've built my glutes from scratch.
Building glutes is one of my biggest passions — and I know exactly how to do it because I've done it myself. The shape, the strength, the definition — none of it happened by accident. It took the right training, the right nutrition, and the right approach to body recomposition.
For years I also struggled with cellulite — something so many women deal with but rarely talk about openly. Cellulite is far more common in women than men, largely due to hormones and inflammation, and it can have a huge impact on how you feel in your own skin. You are not alone in this.
Through reducing inflammation, training smarter, and dialling in my nutrition, I massively reduced the visibility of my cellulite. I know how much of a confidence boost that is — and it's something I'm deeply passionate about helping other women experience too.
